Your information

What we collect

To fulfil a cash-on-delivery order, we collect only what's needed to reach you and confirm your order:

  • Your name, phone number and delivery address, given at checkout or when you place an order by WhatsApp.
  • An email address, only if you create an account or choose to give one — used to send order-status updates and, for accounts, to verify the address and let you sign in.
  • Basic session/cart data (which products are in your cart) while you browse, so items stay in your cart between pages.
Why we collect it

How it's used

  • To prepare, confirm and deliver your cash-on-delivery order.
  • To call you before delivery and confirm your address and the delivery fee.
  • To send order-status emails, if you provided an email address.
  • To keep a record of past orders for the shop's own bookkeeping, and so registered customers can see their order history and reorder easily.
We never ask for payment card details — every order is cash on delivery, paid in person when your order arrives.
What we don't do

What's not collected or shared

  • We don't collect or store payment card, bank or wallet details — there is no online payment step, only cash on delivery.
  • We don't run analytics or advertising trackers. The site is self-hosted and doesn't share your browsing with third parties.
  • We don't sell, rent or share your details with anyone else. Your name, phone and address are used only to deliver your own order.
Keeping your data

Retention

We keep order records (including the name, phone and address on each order) for the shop's own records, such as accounting and resolving delivery questions. If you'd like a past order's details removed, contact us using the details below and we'll action it.
